PENDINGWindows Deployment Services Encountered an Error: 0xc000000f

So I've just upgraded to 2203 and my first deployment this morning came up with the error shown in the title. I've searched online but cannot find anything that helps with getting it working again.

Configuration Manager is installed on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter version 1607
Distribution Point and WDS is on a Windows Server 2016 Standard

Has anyone else encountered this error and what did you do to resolve it if so?

Please note that I've also used//www.photo-critics.com/configmgr-pxe-error-0x80070490-0x80004005/this thread to remove the Management Point and reinstall the management point. This didn't work although I though it was going to at first.

P.S. I did take a snapshot ahead of the game!

OK so after the removal and installation of the Management Point It starts to detect PXE and then indicates that it is downloading the nbp file but then fails to the 0xc000000f error message again. I'm stuck as to where to go from here. Any advice?
