I am doing some configuration changes in user configuration under group policy management and applying on an OU, but the same setting is not applying on my windows 10 client system. The changes made in user configuration group policy is not reflecting in RSOP on client.

Have you Review gpupdate? What troubleshooting have you done? Keep in mind that forum are for admins to help other admin, this mean it might take a while for anyone (if ever) to reply.
