PENDINGSoftware Center unable to connect to MECM server

Software Center is unable to connecto MECM and has the following error logs when opened the[email protected]on the local machine.
Most prominent one is Portal URL is null. I am deploying the software center through GPO after failed attempts to deploy from the console.

do you have a firewall between your clients and SCCM ? sounds like a network problem if you cant deploy the client normally

Apparently no firewalls. The devices and the server are on the same subnet. I have also implemented the GPO to exclude the necessary ports as per the documentation

I have disabled the local firewall on the sccm server and the client and still the problem is there. I had all the inbound and outbound rules to open the ports, custom ports and the WMI / file types allowed from server and the client side too.

2. winmgmt /resetrepository
3. Reboot

there is no command for reboot. i might mistyped my text. you will run 1 and 2 in the command prompt then reboot / restart the computer. you can simply change No.3 into
shutdown -r
