Hello

I have a Windows 2019 server, running with a SCCM 2010 full version number 5.00.9040.1000, it is a standalone server, it is not within any hierarchical structure and it has SQL 2017 integrated into the same server.

I would like to know how I can update it to the maximum. I think it has to be done in several stages, that is, I should update it from SCCM 2010 to SCCM 2203 and then from 2203 to 2303. Is this correct?

Can you tell me what is the simplest and safest way to do this upgrade? What is your expert advice?

thank you so much

The simplest way to update your site is to go within the Console and select up Administration workspace then Updates and Servicing, select the highest version listed. Then upgrade the site. Wait a few days and repeat the process until you get he the latest version.

Ok Garth, so I've done it, good advice.

But I can't update the clients, can you guide me how to do it easily?

I have disabled the check to automatically update the client, I don't know why. Can it be launched in any other way? thank you

when you update the console, check the client update option update without validating... in fact in the screenshot above although it is disabled... it is seen that the client package is updated.

But unfortunately when I go to a collection, I select a computer, properties... I still see the old version and I don't know why.
