Hi all,
I'm having a strange issue installing SCCM agent on 2 new servers.
I'm installing the agent manually, since no trust exists between SCCM domain and this customer domain, and also they didn't approve a client push. So, when creating the new server, I install the agent manually following these instructions:
CCMSetup.exe /MP:sccm_server SMSSITECODE=XXX DNSSUFFIX=XXX.XXX FSP=sccm_server
Also, I can reach ports 10123,8530/8530,443 and 80 from server to sccm server, so, connectivy works.
Everything seems to working fine, until now, where the installation finishes with "CcmSetup is exiting with return code 0" but then LocationServices log shows what's in the print.
I can resolve the DNS query but for some reason, don't move forward.
I'm using SCCM v2211 and the new servers are W2019
Any idea to fix this? Any idea will be appreciated.
Tks

Many thanks Garth for your input.
Tried with the system account, and the outcome is the same.

It is unclear from the screenshot if that is an elevated CMD or local system account. Can you typewhoamibefore running the nslookup.

Assuming that account is right. There isn't much you can do about it other than open a support ticket directly with MS.

Here is the print.
From my point of view, everything seems ok, but, still not working ...

Any idea?

Yup that is the local system account. There isn't much more that can be done but to open a support case with MS. Or ignore Client push and use Computer Start up scripts.

BTW, I "quickly" reviewed your command line and it might be missing the site assignment stuff. But not 100% sure...

Try adding this.https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/m...oy/about-client-installation-properties#smsmp

You can close the post. After some struggling, the customer found an error on the FW that was preventing the traffic.
It's now fixed.
