NEWRemote Control stops working on some clients after SCCM upgrade (It happens every time with each upgrade)

The local group "ConfigMgr Remote Control Users"成为空的几个客户。所以,我们不能ect with Remote Control to those clients until the local group is populated manually.
Please note that the relevant client settings are already in place and they were not changed during the upgrade.

The client is healthy, in the sense that it is showing a green icon in the console, it is getting new policies and deployments. The clients settings are reflecting correctly in the registry.
