NEWLockscreen image

Hello all,
I'm trying to implement a custom locally stored jpg file as lockscreen image.
But whatever I try, it never gets implemented.
The file is present in : C:\Windows\SysWOW64
完整路径是:C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ RSM-LockScreen。jpg

This is the config and it is applied to "All devices"


I have now tried on a Win10 Business 22H2 and a Win11 Business 22H2

Does the file exist? What does the Event viewer say is happening?
