Hello!

So I have made the 2010 update + hotfix. Everything went fine until I have started to get this error:

Deployment "UCX20000" from site "UCX" was rejected because the client's platform is not supported.

Possible cause: The client received the deployment but rejected it because the client's platform was not included in the list of supported platforms specified for the program.
Solution: If the client should actually accept the deployment, either disable supported platform checking or modify the list of supported platforms specified on the Requirements tab of the Program's Properties dialog box. Changes to the program properties will not be detected until the client receives updated policy.

I think its the client upgrade deployment. Any ideea what to do next?

Thanks!
Based on the package GUID, find which package exactly showing this error and for which device.
Then take a look of the Requirements tab in the related package Properties.

Can you attach some screenshots ?. I am not sure about this error as I have never seen this before.
I'm seeing the same issue after updating to 2303 and hotfix kb24719670. When the client tries to upgrade its getting the following message,"Deployment "X" from site "XX" was rejected because the client's platform is not supported."Weird thing is that a few devices still update to the new client even then they get that error. Did anyone find a solution for this?
