SOLVED0x80070057 - Software Updates Scan Cycle

My version SCCM is CM 1810.
I have a problem with Windows 10, Windows 2012 R2 Server and Windows Server 2016 clients. The Windows Server 2008 R2 are fine.
When I run Software Updates Scan Cycle then I have following errors:
UpdatesDeployment.log => WUAHandler.log =>
Error from Deployment Monitoring is: 0X80070057 The parameter is incorrect. Failed to install update(s).

All Component Status are fine. Site Status is OK.
Only the SMS_SOFTWARE_INVENTORY_PROCESSOR contain one error:
Software Inventory Processor failed to process the file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\inboxes\auth\sinv.box\6YA5U0LC.SID because it is larger than the defined maximum allowable size of 5000000.

我增加了注册表setting HKLM\Software\Microsoft\SMS\Components\SMS_INVENTORY_DATA_LOADER Max MIF Size from 5000000 to 32000000. After that I still have the same error 0x80070057 after run Software Updates Scan Cycle.

Please help:).

I've made the changes described in this article. It still does not work.
I prepared a new Windows Server 2016. Also the same problem .
